  • Responsibility: Members must act responsibly toward the environment, society, and future generations in their professional activities.

4. Confidentiality

  • Client Information: Members must protect the confidentiality of all client information unless legally obligated to disclose it.

  • Non-Disclosure: Members must not disclose any proprietary or confidential information without explicit consent from the client.

  • Data Protection: Members must comply with all relevant data protection and privacy laws to safeguard personal and sensitive information.

5. Quality of Service

  • High Standards & Innovation: Members should deliver high-quality services and take on work that aligns with their skills. They are encouraged to explore new ideas and approaches, responsibly pushing boundaries to grow and improve while upholding professionalism and client trust.

  • Scope & Realism: Before starting any engagement, members should ensure that both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, plan, and fee arrangements, and avoid encouraging unrealistic expectations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Members should engage in ongoing professional development to enhance their knowledge and skills.

6. Personal Conduct

  • Professionalism: Members must maintain a professional demeanour at all times.

  • Ethical Behaviour: Members must uphold the highest ethical standards in their professional lives.

  • Respectful Interaction: Members must engage respectfully with all individuals, regardless of their position or status, and promote inclusivity and diversity in all forms.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Legal Compliance: Members must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in their professional work.

  • Regulatory Adherence: Members must follow all rules and regulations that apply to the client and any other relevant professional bodies.
